Can I apply for an Umrah visa myself from Pakistan?

Not at present. Pakistani passport holders apply through a licensed Umrah operator, or a platform approved by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, because each visa must be linked to hotel and transport bookings registered on Nusuk Masar. Choose an operator that appears on the Ministry of Religious Affairs' verified list.

How long is the Umrah visa valid?

You must enter Saudi Arabia within 30 days of the visa being issued. Once inside, you can stay up to 90 days, but not beyond the season's final departure date, which for the 1448 AH season is 7 April 2027.

Which vaccinations do I need?

A meningococcal ACYW vaccine at least 10 days before arrival, and polio vaccination for everyone travelling from Pakistan. Some groups also need COVID-19 proof, and flu vaccination is recommended. Pakistani airports now ask for a NADRA-integrated digital vaccination certificate.

Do I need the Nusuk app?

Yes. The visa lets you enter the country, while the Nusuk app issues your Umrah permit with its time slot and your Riyad ul Jannah (Rawdah) appointment. Rawdah slots are limited, so book as soon as your visa is linked.

How long does the visa take?

Usually a few working days once documents and bookings are complete: commonly 3 to 10 working days, and longer in Ramadan and other peak periods. Because of the 30-day entry rule, visas are timed close to your departure rather than months ahead.
