What we collect
When you send an enquiry we save the details you enter: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, travel month, number of travellers, hotel preference and any message, together with the page you sent it from. The quick planner on the homepage saves your trip choices without your name or number.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the services you ask for. Our team receives a copy by email. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
After you send a form, the site opens WhatsApp with your details so you can send them to our team. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Bookings
To book visas, flights, hotels and transport we share the necessary details, such as passport information, with the airlines, hotels, our group company Basma Emaar Group and the Saudi authorities through the official Nusuk system. Payments are not taken on this website.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. A small cookie remembers whether you chose English or Urdu. The Umrah guide stores your checklist ticks and counters only in your own browser. The office map on the contact page loads Google Maps only when you tap it, and Google’s privacy terms then apply. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.
